Techroq offers a service exchange program on rotors, where the rotor body remains the property of Techroq and the customer pays only for the wear parts used. In this offer, Techroq will collect, clean, fit new parts, balance the rotor and deliver the rotor to your site.
Please note the following terms applicable to the Techroq Rotor Service Exchange Program:
• The rotor body and hub remains the property of Techroq.
• When a new rotor is supplied to a new customer, the customer only pays for a full set of cladding.
Thereafter, the customer pays only for the wear parts that need to be replaced on the same rotor.
• Where a new customer requires a second rotor to prevent downtime, all the above applies.
• When a rotor body is damaged due to negligence by the client, a repair fee will be charged.
• When a rotor returns for repairs a detailed quote will be sent from Techroq to the client.
On acceptance of quote the rotor will be repaired, balanced and returned to site at no additional cost.
• For the above services we recommend that the client only uses Techroq's wear parts.
• If any rotor body or hub is lost or stolen when in the care of the client, Techroq will invoice the client the replacement value of a new bare rotor.
• The client can terminate the service at any time when the account is settled in full and all rotor bodies are returned to Techroq's offices.
