Techroq Engineering design and manufacture the following type of screens for new designs and replacement units:
SHAFT DRIVEN SCREENS:
Techroq Shaft Driven Screen is a two bearing, heavy duty screen for wet and dry screening of sand, gravel, crushed stone, all kinds of ores, coal slag, and many other industrial screening applications. The vibration is produced by a straight shaft journaled in two heavy duty series roller bearings which carry counterweights.
The live frame is made of structural steel and consists of screen trays of welded construction for supporting the screen cloth, reinforced steel side plates and end plates for closing the upper or feed end. The end plates are split for easy removal and quick screen cloth changes. The screen trays are made of heavy plate side members to which are welded heavy cross channels or rectangular steel tubes.These cross members carry longitudinal bars capped with nosing rubber on which the wire cloth rests.
The trays and end plates are bolted to the side plates with Hi-tenstile 8.8 or Huck Bolts which provide a rigid and very strong structure. Shaft Driven Vibrating Screens are available in single, double and triple deck. Every screen is carefully constructed, assembled, and shop tested before leaving the factory.

VIBRATORY MOTOR DRIVEN SCREENS:
Techroq Direct Drive Screens are ranged as model description with a unique prefix as follows: TDDS type - Techroq Direct Drive Screen
Other model ranges can be suspended or foot mounted or a combination off suspension and foot mounting arrangements.
Depending on model size and application off the equipment mountings can be either Rubber Isolators or Coil Springs.
Techroq Engineering indicate on all drawings type off suspension Isolators type and quantities required.
Depending on the application Screens are supplied with either one or two vibrator motors.
Vibratory motors are sized in accordance to application requirements.
