Complete Crushing Plant
Material being crushed and fed with material from 500-600mm rocks into the 10cum feed bin of primary station, the jaws close side setting is 100mm
at around 300 tons per hour. The material is stockpiled and then transferred over the screen to feed the cone and short head crushers. The cone feed size is 250mm and the close side setting is 24mm at 100 tons per hour, which is fed over the sculpting screen to take out product and send the oversized material back to the double deck screen.
Short head feed size is 80mm and the close side setting is 18mm at 80 tons per hour. All material is transferred over the double deck screen and the oversized material is sent back to the cone and short head crusher. The -24mm is then transferred to the diverter bin and VSI crusher to shape the product and then fed over the product screen. For the four products the plant requires at around 168 tons per hour head feed.

Primary station description:
Main steel frame mounted on skids, operator’s platform above the crusher, walkways around the crusher, handrails and access by ladder. 10 cum feed hopper with inclined walls with AR steel liners, vibrating grizzly feeder 1000mm x 4100mm complete with drive, wear liners, two step grizzly section with motors as per specifications. Tesab 31 x 43 single toggle type jaw crusher (160Kw motor), feed opening off 1050mm x 700mm. Capabilities of 300 Tons per hour head feed of 650mm lump size. 1050mm x 9m discharge conveyor. One Off 8’ x 20’ (2,440mm wide x 6,100mm long) double deck, shaft driven vibrating screen
Mounted on a heavy duty skid frame c/w associated drive components. 37Kw – 400V electric motor, drive components guards where necessary. High carbon woven wire over hook screens, coil spring isolators, two outlet chutes, walkway around screen complete with handrails. Precision machined shaft c/w two spherical roller bearings, crowned one piece deck frames, huck bolted to side plates. Adjustable by loose counterweights, cat ladder and bottom pan. Mounted on a heavy duty skid frame, operating angle 18°, 14,884m2 screening area per deck.

1 x 185Kw – 400V electric motor, MKIII bearing cartridge, fully cladded 840 5Port Deep R-type Rotor. Anti-vibration mounts, drive components guards where necessary. Vibration switch, service platform and crane, discharge chute, legs and skid frame.

Maximized versatility concerning the screening medias, acceleration can be increased up to 4,5 G depending the application to ensure maximized screening efficiency.
